Clinical Medicine
Introduction:
The five-year program of clinical medicine aims to provide entry-level education for student who plans to be a general medical practitioner or specialist. The medicine program started as early as 1958 in Jiujiang University, but international students were recruited to the program in 2006. Up to present, around 400 international students have graduated from the program. Most of the graduates have passed license examination and are practicing medicine in their home countries.
The program is recognized by IMED, WHO and many foreign medical councils/associations. To facilitate studying of medical courses, the first year is allocated to study Chinese language and some basic medical knowledge, then followed by 4 year study of medical courses in the university and university hospital. The final year is scheduled for internship training either in the university hospital or the accredited hospitals in students’ home countries. A diploma and bachelor degree will be awarded to students who have completed all required subjects and passed the examinations.

Computing Science and Technology
Introduction:
The four-year program aims to train students to be professionals who master the essential knowledge and develop practical skills in computing science. Graduates can be engaged in the research, design, development, maintenance and management of computer systems, as well as the teaching and scientific research of computing science.
A diploma and bachelor degree will be awarded to students who have completed all required subjects and passed the examinations.

Dentistry
Introduction:
Dentistry (stomatology) program started to recruit students in 1990s in Jiujiang University. The five-year bachelor program provides student with training in social science, basic medical science, clinical medical science, stomatology and preventive medicine. Graduates will find positions in dentistry clinic or dentistry department of a hospital for oral disease treatment and teeth care.
Jiujiang University Dentistry Hospital is the biggest hospital for teeth care, research and education in Jiujiang city. The hospital provides advanced equipment and excellent learning opportunity for dentistry students.

Introduction:
The program offers a four-year bachelor of science in civil engineering. Students learn about the various civil engineering areas during lectures and also have practical sessions in labs. The course also includes a survey camp covering basic survey operations and the preparation of a site plan. Graduates will be engaged in construction, design, education, supervision, engineering survey, project management, project planning and development of civil engineering in enterprises and institutions in the construction industry.
